Hand Lettering

I’m very new to lettering but I’d really love to do more! I’m still unsure as to what exactly ‘lettering’ has to be like – e.g. does it need to be calligraphy? How much artwork/lineart can I include in a lettering piece? – but hopefully I’ll figure it out as I go along.
